For a successful installation, there should be at least 66" from the floor to the top of the microwave, and 2" from the top of the stove back to the bottom of the microwave. The required space is 16.5" H, 13" D maximum, and 30" W.

If your cabinet depth, including the doors, exceeds 13", the unit must be spaced out from the wall using adequate materials supporting 150 lbs to allow proper top vent air exhaust/intake.

While this microwave is defaulted to recirculate, the included manual provides specific instructions to rotate the motor and vent it out the back.

Additionally, this microwave oven can be installed beneath smooth, flat cabinets, but you should carefully follow the instructions on the top cabinet clearance template to ensure proper power cord clearance.
