When you place an order, we cut the TPO directly from the master roll, ensuring that your order is packaged and delivered individually. This approach prevents the need for additional work during the installation process, as the membrane is freshly cut and only a few days off the master roll when it reaches you.

It is important to note that the TPO is shipped folded in a box. We recommend removing it from the box as soon as you receive it and laying it flat to "relax" for several hours, preferably in warm sunlight. This will allow any temporary creases caused by the folding process to smooth out as the material rests.

In terms of performance, our TPO offers several advantages. It does not chalk, meaning it will not turn the side of the unit gray over time. Additionally, it is stronger and less prone to puncture compared to other options. The non-skid surface provides better traction, enhancing safety during installation and use.

The color of our TPO is consistent throughout the substrate, ensuring a uniform appearance. Furthermore, the material is designed to resist shrinking and cracking, thanks to the 100% solids sealant used in its construction. The thickness of the TPO is a consistent 0.028 inches.

Accompanying the TPO membrane is a specialized glue/adhesive and caulk, designed specifically for use with our rubber membrane. This proprietary glue boasts 60% stronger adhesion properties than other options on the market.

The kit includes the following components: - 35 feet of Class A Customs TPO, 9 1/2 feet wide - 5 tubes of Heng's Self-Leveling Silicone Caulk - 4 rolls of Putty Tape (1/8" thick x 3/4" wide x 30' long) - 2 gallons of Class A Customs Acrylic Rubber Roof Adhesive (Water Based)
