Introducing the latest in RV roofing technology, the classAcustoms EPDM Single-Ply Membrane. This membrane is white all the way through, with no black backer that can separate over time. With its high level of strength, durability, and resistance to UV rays, it is the ideal choice for RV roofs. The membrane is shipped folded, so depending on the size of the kit, you will receive one or two boxes containing the glue and membrane. It is important to remove the membrane from the box as soon as possible and place it onto the clean roof of your RV unit, making sure it does not touch the ground or any dirty surfaces, as well as avoiding contact with sharp objects or surfaces.

The classAcustoms Water Base Adhesive is designed to bond EPDM, PVC, TPO, and Hypalon to various surfaces such as wood fiberboard, plywood, EPS, insulation, gypsum, and concrete. This adhesive grows stronger and adheres more with age, providing fast drying coverage of 160-200 sq ft/gal. It can be applied by spray, roll coating, or by brush, and is best installed in air temperatures over 50 deg F.

For excellent weather resistance, the classAcustoms Self-Leveling Silicone Caulk is recommended. This compound provides good adhesion to a variety of substrates. Additionally, the kit includes 4 rolls of putty tape for waterproofing overlapping metal seams. It is important to use all products before the expiration date and to avoid freezing.

The classAcustoms Single-Ply EPDM RV Roofing Membrane Kit includes a 30 foot long by 9.5 foot wide membrane that is 32 mils thick and comes with smooth and textured/patterned sides in white color. It is recommended to get a length that is longer and wider than your unit to account for possible curves, raised or lowered areas, ensuring there is enough membrane for full coverage.

The kit also includes 5 tubes of classAcustoms Self-Leveling Silicone Caulk and 2 gallons of Acrylic Rubber Roof Adhesive. It is recommended to lay the membrane flat and allow it to "relax" for several hours before installing to allow any temporary creases to come out as the item "rests".
