The classAcustoms EPDM Single-Ply Membrane is the newest technology in RV roofing. This white EPDM membrane has no black backer that can separate later in life, ensuring a high level of strength, durability, and resistance to UV rays, making it a natural choice for RV roofs. The membrane is shipped folded, and it is crucial to remove it from the box and lay it flat as soon as possible to allow the temporary creases caused by folding to come out as the item rests.

The classAcustoms Water Base Adhesive is designed to bond EPDM, PVC, TPO, and Hypalon to various substrates, such as wood fiberboard, plywood, EPS, polyisocyanurate insulation, gypsum, and concrete. This adhesive grows stronger and adheres more with age, making it an excellent choice for the job. It is best applied when the air temperature is over 50 degrees Fahrenheit (10 degrees Celsius) and can be sprayed, roll-coated, or brushed, covering 160-200 square feet per gallon (1 side at 8-10 mil).

The classAcustoms Self-Leveling Silicone Caulk is designed and formulated to provide excellent weather resistance and good adhesion to a variety of substrates. The non-hardening, pliable putty tape included in the kit is used to waterproof overlapping metal seams.

The classAcustoms Single-Ply EPDM RV Roofing Membrane Kit includes a 35-foot-long by 9.5-foot-wide EPDM membrane that is 32 mils (0.8 mm) thick, with both smooth and textured/patterned sides in a white color throughout. It is recommended to get a length that is longer or wider than your unit to account for possible roof curves, raised or lowered areas, as removing the excess is much better than not having enough.

The kit also includes 5 tubes of the classAcustoms Self-Leveling Silicone Caulk, 4 rolls of the non-hardening, pliable putty tape (1/8" thick x 3/4" wide x 30' long, in gray color), and 2 gallons of the Acrylic Rubber Roof Adhesive (water-based). It is essential to use all products before the expiration date and to ensure they do not freeze.
