The classAcustoms TPO Single-Ply Membrane is the newest technology in RV roofing, boasting a high level of strength, durability, and resistance to UV rays, making it a natural choice for RV roofs. The membrane ships folded, and depending on the size of the kit, you will receive one or two boxes (glue/membrane). It is crucial to remove the membrane from the box as soon as possible and place it onto the clean roof of the unit. Ensure that the membrane does not touch the ground or any dirty surface, and also avoid contact with sharp objects or surfaces.

The classAcustoms Water Base Adhesive grows stronger and adheres more with age, and is designed to bond EPDM, PVC, TPO, and Hypalon to a variety of substrates, including wood fiberboard, plywood, EPS, polyisocyanurate insulation, gypsum, and concrete. This adhesive is best installed in air temperatures over 50 degrees Fahrenheit (10 degrees Celsius) and has a coverage of 160-200 square feet per gallon (1 side at 8-10 mil), which can be applied by spray, roll coating, or brush.

The classAcustoms Self-Leveling Silicone Caulk is designed and formulated to provide excellent weather resistance, with good adhesion to a variety of substrates. The Putty Tape is a non-hardening, pliable putty tape that waterproofs overlapping metal seams.

The classAcustoms Single-Ply TPO RV Roofing Membrane Kit includes a 10-foot-long by 8.5-foot-wide TPO membrane that is 32 mils thick, with smooth and frosted sides in a white color. It is recommended to obtain a length that is longer and wider than your unit due to possible curves, raised or lowered areas, as removing the excess is much better than not having enough.

The kit also includes 4 tubes of Heng's Self-Leveling Silicone Caulk, 2 rolls of Putty Tape (1/8" thick x 3/4" wide x 30' long) in a gray color, and 1 gallon of Acrylic Rubber Roof Adhesive (water-based).

It is essential to remove the item from the box as soon as you receive it, lay it flat, and allow it to "relax" for several hours before installing. This will help the temporary creases caused by folding to come out as the item rests.
