The key differences between Class A Customs TPO roofing and other TPO products lie in the manufacturing process and the resulting product features. Our TPO is formulated to tighter tolerances, ensuring a more uniform thickness compared to other TPO membranes. This enhanced formulation also makes our TPO more tear-resistant, providing greater durability and protection.

Another distinct advantage is that we cut our TPO directly from the master roll per order, ensuring that your order is packaged and delivered to you individually. This prevents additional work during the installation process, as the membrane is only a few days off the master roll when you receive it.

It is recommended that you remove the TPO from the shipping box as soon as you receive it and lay it flat, allowing it to "relax" for several hours, preferably in warm sunlight. This will help the temporary creases caused by folding to dissipate, making the installation process smoother.

In terms of performance, our TPO offers several key benefits:

1. Chalk Resistance: It will not turn the side of the unit gray, maintaining its original color.

• 30 feet of Class A Customs TPO, 8 1/2 feet wide
• 5 tubes of Heng's Self-Leveling Silicone Caulk
• 4 rolls of Putty Tape (1/8" thick, 3/4" wide, 30' long)
• 2 gallons of Acrylic Rubber Roof Adhesive (water-based)

Remember to remove the TPO from the shipping box and allow it to relax before installation for the best results.
